We offer exchanges or returns within 30 days from date of shipment, for merchandise that is in it’s original condition. Items that have been altered, damaged or modified are not returnable.
Items purchased during promotions are final sale.
All returns require a return order (RO) number. Please contact customer care with your order details, including PO# at email@example.com to receive your RO Number. RO Numbers expire 2 weeks from date of issue. Returns must be postmarked within this period, or we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please take care when packaging your return. Ensure all items are placed in the box and that the shipping box is sealed as any items damaged during transit may not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
In the unlikely event your order arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and attach a clear photo showing the fault or damage. Returns must be made to our facility in Toronto, Canada. We reserve the right to refuse returns outside of our policy.
